How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your Order via three payment methods:
Cash on Delivery – available nationwide for PKR 350.
Bank Deposit
Online Payment – Visa & MasterCard Debit & Credit Cards.


What’s the delivery time for my order?
Your Order should be delivered within 5-8 working days if you are in Pakistan & for International shipping it will take 8 to12 working days.

What are the delivery charges for local orders?
Delivery charges for local orders are Rs. 350 and there is free shipping for orders above Rs. 20,000

What should I do If I receive a defective/wrong product?
You can contact our Customer Service Center by emailing us images of defective/wrong products at support@wearnaisa.com within 72 hours of delivery.

How can I exchange my order?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for our articles.
However, if you receive a defective item, we will gladly assist you and promptly process an exchange.
